A fair refund policy.

Bad refund policies are infuriating. You feel like the company is just trying to rip you off. We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple: If you’re ever unhappy with our products* for any reason, just contact our support team and we'll take care of you.

iOS users who subscribed to a Code for Travel service through Apple's payment methods can request a refund through Apple's refund process. Apple has its own refund policies and payments processed through Apple are subject to their policies rather than ours.

*This policy applies to any product created and owned by Code for Travel LLC. That includes SecretStash and MockingBird API. There are some nuances with annual subscriptions but contact support and we can work out the details.
